Shipping Policy

1. Standard Express Service

Applicable area: Hong Kong

Free delivery conditions:
Purchase orders of HKD$500 or above
Weight not exceeding 5kg

Paid delivery conditions:
For purchase orders less than HKD$500 and weighing no more than 5kg, you can choose to pay on delivery by SF Express

Note:
Delivery time: about 1-3 working days (extended on Sundays and public holidays)
For large orders or logistics delays, delivery time may be extended by 3-5 working days or more
If the first delivery fails (no one signs for it/rejects it), the second delivery will be adjusted to SF Express or office pick-up
When splitting an order to different addresses, the first order of $500 or more can be shipped free of charge. If the second order is less than $500, it will be changed to SF Express cash on delivery.

Out of stock handling:

- If the order is out of stock, the out-of-stock goods will be automatically delayed and sent immediately after the goods are replenished.
Within 14 days after receiving the goods (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

- Order changes or refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction

*For payment by credit card, customers are required to bring along the credit card used for payment.

-During holiday seasons or when products are delayed, delivery time may be extended accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
