Refund Policy

The products sold in this online store do not support returns

1. Product defect handling

If the goods you received are damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement.
Customer service may ask you to provide photos or videos of product defects to verify that you meet the return and exchange conditions.
After reviewing and meeting the exchange conditions, we will arrange a replacement service for you. Late replacement will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for accepting returns

✓ The product is obviously damaged or malfunctions

✓The actual product received does not match the ordered content

3. Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

✗ Damage and stains caused by improper use

✗ There is a reasonable color difference between the product color and the web page display

✗ The product has been unpacked and used or is no longer in new condition

✗ The product has been washed with water or chemical cleaners

✗ Returns due to personal reasons other than product issues

✗ Items from the same order that have been returned

✗ Free gifts/samples included with the product

4. Notes on exchange

Each order can only be exchanged once.
For exchanges not related to product quality, the round-trip shipping fee must be borne by the customer
The exchanged product must be kept in complete packaging, with no damage to the parts, and will not affect the secondary sale
When making an exchange, please be sure to provide the logistics tracking number so that you can check the return status

5. Special reminder

Please check the condition of the goods immediately upon receipt
Keep the complete packaging for at least 14 days
Please take photos as soon as possible for product problems
If the order is out of stock, you can apply for a refund, and the refund will be returned using the same payment method as the original transaction
For returns not due to product quality issues, a 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds (except when out of stock)

In case of any disputes, Eternal Egnetic Technology Limited reserves the right of final decision.
